Our KidFit classes—a superior alternative to your traditional gym daycare experience—are held Monday-Friday during the 9:20 am and 10:30 am classes.
There are separate KidFit classes for ages 0-2 (led by moms who will play with, read to, and help babies interact with each other) and ages 3-5 (led by college interns studying health- and fitness-related majors, who will prepare activities, games, and lessons to keep kids moving and teach them healthy habits).
To book KidFit classes, simply add them under your own account (We recommend managing this using the MindBody App). You won't need to provide children's names when you register them for a class, but please sign up for the right age and right number of children you plan to bring (a separate reservation for each child). Space is very limited in these classes, so please book ahead of time and cancel as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
If you have a newborn or young infant, and they do well in a carseat, you can bring them into class with you (free of charge) as long as it's not a distraction to others in class.
